Apartment 228 is an apartment in a villa complex. The complex is in resort style. It’s very spacious, nicely furnished. The 2 bedroom duplex apartment is on the first floor of a villa. There is bedroom in the first level & another on the level above. The apartment is a 10-15 min drive from the Betalbatim, Colva or Utorda beaches.

The apartment has a large sit-out, where you can read or just relax. The apartment is for 04 persons, but can comfortably take 06 persons. 04 persons can use the two bedrooms & the others can use the sofa-cum-bed & one air bed. The apartment is a gated & secured complex with CCTV monitoring, 24x7 guards & even a cleaner is on call. It overlooks the pool and the paddy fields on both sides. The apartment is also close to Martin's corner and also the local market place.

Our beach is rather quiet, so if u want shacks n food, then drive out to Colva / Betalbatim / Utorda beaches, all around 10-15 mins away.

The kitchen is adequately equipped for people who want to cook a quick meal. It has Space for guests wanting to cook themselves, LG refrigerator, Microwave, Cooking basics, Pots and pans, oil, salt and pepper, Dishes and silverware, Bowls, chopsticks, plates, cups, etc. It has a Prestige cooker, IFB microwave and oven stainless steel oven, Kettle, Wine glasses, Toaster & Blender.

For a even more perfect stay, make sure to carry your swimwear & your fire stick. There is a 43” TV with Tata Sky connection, with standard channels. In case you wish to see specific channels you can recharge for your choices, at your own cost. The pool is open for certain hours. You should check the timings at the poolside. Proper swimwear is must for the pool. You will also need swimming cap if you have long hair, and it's not tied up or secured in a cap.

If you require any extra cleaning or errands, it can be done by the caretaker for you, at an extra cost. You will have access to the Pool , Jacuzzi and Garden, Parking, Beach Pathway gate.
