Apartment 232 is an two room apartment, located in Dona Paula area. It has a lovely ocean view. It’s extremely near the Odxell ocean side, still somewhat disconnected from the hustle & bustle of Goa. The apartment is a part in a very much developed society in Dona Paula. It is idea for a holiday or a long stay. It can be aptly be used as your ‘Work from Home’ site.

The complex where the apartment is located, is absolutely secure. It has greenery around. The apartment also amazing ocean view and a near constant breeze, you would love.

There is a fully equipped kitchen in the apartment. It also has a powder room in the living space. The apartment view is dazzling with a wonderful sitting space outside. There is a common swimming pool. This swimming pool also comes with an amazing sea view.

Check-in is scheduled for 1 PM, with check-out at 11 AM. We are ok & flexible with the check-in timing, subject to availability. We have dedicated caretaker who will be at your service and ready to attend to any assistance needed during your stay..

Extra bed can be arranged at an additional charge. The apartment is just 30 minutes away from the airport.

The kitchen is fully equipped. It has the utensils & basic necessity items. You can prepare your own breakfast, by using the items provided for your breakfast only once during the check-in. The apartment provides bread, egg, butter, peanut butter, jam and milk as a welcome pack, in the beginning of your stay as a one time. Rest of the days, you can ask the caretaker to arrange the groceries etc., which they will fetch for you & you pay for all the bills, directly to the caretaker.

Bed linens & Towels are changed every third day. If the guest wants the bed linen and towels to be changed out of the usual schedule, it is possible with an extra charge.

Apartment 232 is Pet Friendly with a charge of Rs.500/- per pet per night. Loud music is not allowed as there are neighbors around. The apartment has a inverter backup, but note that no air conditioners work during the power cut.  

Smoking is not allowed in & around the Pool and in the rooms. Please use Balconies for smoking.
