Apartment 233, is a very welcoming Two Bedroom apartment, in Dona Paula. It has been very meticulously designed. This is also where you get an amazing sea view. Located just a few minutes from the serene Odxel Beach, it's gives you your perfect getaway from the busy city life.

You could plan a short stay or a long work from home site. This is one of the best options for you. It makes a perfect & serene seaside workspace for you.

The Apartment 233 is in a secured area & totally surrounded by lush greenery. Our two bedrooms come with a well-equipped kitchen and a convenient powder room.

The amazing views can be seen outdoors, from the lovely balcony seating. Within the residential complex, there is a swimming pool (8am to 8pm or as per new schedule) with great view, including that of the sea. You can also use the complex gym. There is good parking space available.

Check-in is scheduled for 1 PM, with check-out at 11 AM. We are ok & flexible with the check-in timing, subject to availability. We have dedicated caretaker who will be at your service and ready to attend to any assistance needed during your stay. Extra bed can be arranged at an additional charge. The apartment is just 30 minutes away from the airport.

The kitchen is fully equipped. It has the utensils & basic necessity items. You can prepare your own breakfast, by using the items provided for your breakfast only once during the check-in. The apartment provides bread, egg, butter, peanut butter, jam and milk as a welcome pack, in the beginning of your stay as a one time. Rest of the days, you can ask the caretaker to arrange the groceries etc., which they will fetch for you & you pay for all the bills, directly to the caretaker.

Bed linens & Towels are changed every third day. The apartment has a washing machine in case you need to wash the towels & clothes. If the guest wants the bed linen and towels to be changed out of the usual schedule, it is possible with an extra charge.

Apartment 233 is Pet Friendly with a charge of Rs.500/- per pet per night. Loud music is not allowed as there are neighbors around. The apartment has a inverter backup, but note that no air conditioners work during the power cut. Smoking not allowed in & around the Pool and in the rooms. Please use Balconies for smoking.
