The Apartment 334, is a luxurious Two Bedroom apartment. It is in Siolim. The apartment is a part of a very big villa. It has been recently renovated & tastefully fitted with all modern amenities. The apartment is on the second floor.

Both the living area and the kitchen have big balconies. These balconies help the apartment to get in a lot of light & cool breeze. We have two swimming pools, to help you unwind & enjoy a cool swim. The apartment has a sofa with coffee table. It has a , 43" large TV.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking essentials, necessary electronics, and all cookware & glassware. There are Two bedrooms. One bedroom has an attached bathroom and the other shares a common bathroom with the living area. The apartments share two common swimming pools.

The apartment located in a popular area of Siolim is not too far from the famous eateries & famous spots of North Goa. The apartment is just 50 minutes away from the Dabolim airport.

The kitchen is fully equipped. It has the utensils & basic necessity items. You can prepare your own breakfast, by using the items provided for your breakfast only once during the check-in. The apartment provides bread, egg, butter, peanut butter, jam and milk as a welcome pack, in the beginning of your stay as a one time. Rest of the days, you can ask the caretaker to arrange the groceries etc., which they will fetch for you & you pay for all the bills, directly to the caretaker.

Bed linens & Towels are changed every third day. The apartment has a washing machine in case you need to wash the towels & clothes. If the guest wants the bed linen and towels to be changed out of the usual schedule, it is possible with an extra charge.

Apartment 234 is Pet Friendly with a charge of Rs.500/- per pet per night. Loud music is not allowed as there are neighbors around. The apartment has a inverter backup, but note that no air conditioners work during the power cut.  

Smoking not allowed in & around the Pool and in the rooms. Please use Balconies for smoking.
