Apartment 241, has two bedrooms. It is located in the heart of Assagao. It is a part of a secured gated complex. The apartment’s two bedrooms have bathrooms conveniently positioned. One has an attached bathroom & the other has it just outside. There is also a living room with a fully-equipped open kitchen on one side. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials you would need for your stay. The apartment’s high ceiling, assures natural light. Both the rooms have their own AC. The rooms also have attached balcony. This allows, you to enjoy the refreshing Goan breeze.

For you entertainment, the apartment has a 43" Smart HD TV. It has all the popular applications on it. The housekeeper cleans the apartment on a daily basis, except on Sundays.

The Apartment 241 has a fully equipped kitchen, for the guests to try out their cooking skills. The kitchen has a gas burner, fridge, microwave, water purifier, kettle, and a decent selection of dishes and cutlery to help you, on your cooking.

There is a supermarket and liquor shop, near the main gate. The apartment is also close to Mojigao, which is a famous Eco Village. Then, there is also the Project Cafe, which is an exquisite coffee shop, within an extraordinary Art Gallery.

Your dining options in Assagao are unlimited. This includes Fig & Maple, Jamun Tree, JackFruit Tree, Avo's, Vinayak, Gun Powder, and Mustard Café. These are all just a short walk / drive away. To top it, the apartment’s location, gives a nice access many beaches. Anjuna and Vagator beaches are both just 10-15 minutes drive, Morjim, Ashwem, and Mandrem beaches are within 25 minutes. You also have doorstep deliveries by Swiggy and Zomato available.

Check-in is scheduled for 1 PM, with check-out at 11 AM. We are ok & flexible with the check-in timing, subject to availability. We have dedicated caretaker who will be at your service and ready to attend to any assistance needed during your stay. Extra bed can be arranged at an additional charge. The apartment is just 35-50 minutes away from the airport.

The kitchen is fully equipped. It has the utensils & basic necessity items. You can prepare your own breakfast, by using the items provided for your breakfast only once during the check-in. The apartment provides bread, egg, butter, peanut butter, jam and milk as a welcome pack, in the beginning of your stay as a one time. Rest of the days, you can ask the caretaker to arrange the groceries etc., which they will fetch for you & you pay for all the bills, directly to the caretaker.

Bed linens & Towels are changed every third day. The apartment has a washing machine in case you need to wash the towels & clothes. If the guest wants the bed linen and towels to be changed out of the usual schedule, it is possible with an extra charge.

Apartment 241 is Pet Friendly with a charge of Rs.500/- per pet per night. Loud music is not allowed as there are neighbors around. The apartment has a inverter backup, but note that no air conditioners work during the power cut.

Smoking not allowed in & around the Pool and in the rooms. Please use Balconies for smoking.
