Our Apartment 350, is located in Panjim. It’s a Three bedroom apartment & has been given a little colonial feel. The apartment has good sea views. The interiors of the apartment are very tastefully furnished. WE have tried to make your stay as memorable as possible.

The greenery around & the sea breeze makes it a plus-plus for your stays. The three bedrooms are very relaxing. The apartment also has a fully operational kitchen, for you to try your self-cooking skills. There is a situated powder room in the common area which adds to comfort. The balcony gives you the stunning views that you will treasure for a long time. It has good sitting arrangements to absorb the beauty & ambience.

As the Apartment 350 is a part of a community, you have access to the lovely sea view swimming pool (8am to 8pm). It has amazing views, which make you spend a lot of time, at the pool side. The complex gym can also be used for your workouts. Easy parking is also another advantage for the guests of the apartment.

The check-in and check-out times of the apartment are set at 1 PM and 11 AM. Subject to availability, this could be flexible. The apartment has a dedicated caretaker. Extra bed is available at an extra cost.

The airport is 30 minutes away from the Apartment 350. Pickup can be arranged at an extra cost. Apartment 338 has all three rooms air-conditioned. It has all linens and towels & toiletries. The kitchen has all necessary utensils & other basic necessity items. You get Tea/Coffee refills and water. Every third day from the date of check-in, the change of bed linens & towels takes place. There is also a washing machine just in case one needs to wash the towels. You can also ask for a change of bed linen and towels at an extra cost.

Apartment is pet friendly, but, there is a charge of Rs.500/- per pet per night. Loud music is not allowed, to maintain the peacefulness & the serenity at the complex.

Breakfast ingredients are included, for your self-preparation. This includes bread, egg, butter, peanut butter, jam, honey & milk etc.

Only the apartment balconies can be used for smoking. No smoking in common areas like the swimming pool & around.
