The Villa 349, is a Luxurious Three Bedroom Villa in Siolim, North Goa & is an ideal decision for families searching for a serene and long-term visit in North Goa. The more drawn out term stays propose a guarantee to giving an agreeable and helpful usual hangout spot. The villa’s nearness to famous beaches  like Anjuna, Vagator, Morjim, and Mandrem, all inside a 15-minute drive, which are ideal for getaways, in another advantage for guests staying.

Check-in is scheduled for 1 PM, with check-out at 11 AM. We are ok & flexible with the check-in timing, subject to availability. We have dedicated caretaker who will be at your service and ready to attend to any assistance needed during your stay. Extra bed can be arranged at an additional charge. The Villa 349, is 50 minutes away from the airport.

The kitchen is fully equipped. It has the utensils & basic necessity items. You can prepare your own breakfast, by using the items provided for your breakfast only once during the check-in. The apartment provides bread, egg, butter, peanut butter, jam and milk as a welcome pack, in the beginning of your stay as a one time. Rest of the days, you can ask the caretaker to arrange the groceries etc., which they will fetch for you & you pay for all the bills, directly to the caretaker.

Bed linens & Towels are changed every third day. The villa has a washing machine in case you need to wash the towels & clothes. If the guest wants the bed linen and towels to be changed out of the usual schedule, it is possible with an extra charge.

Villa 349  is Pet Friendly with a charge of Rs.500/- per pet per night. Loud music is not allowed as there are neighbors around. The apartment has a inverter backup, but note that no air conditioners work during the power cut.  

Smoking not allowed in & around the Pool and in the rooms. Please use Balconies for smoking.
