Villa 353, is an amazing Three Bedroom Luxurious Villa in Assagao, North Goa. The villa offers a perfect blend of space and warmth. All the three bedrooms are uniquely designed, which gives the guest a great living style. All the rooms have attached washrooms.

The villa has a lovely dining area, which is ideal for all to gather for meals and laughs. Then there is a fully-equipped kitchen. This can be used for trying out your culinary skills. Check-in: 2 PM, Check-out: 11 AM.

You can use the common pool. This is a gorgeous pool within the society Common Pool Access timing for the Pool is from 7am to 7pm. You are required to wear proper swimwear.

The Kitchen: Any eatables / spices / oil required for cooking shall be borne by the guests themselves. If you need a cook, please let us know with your booking. The charges for the cook are @ Rs.1750/- per meal. You can order groceries online via Swiggy App Instamart / Blinkit.

Please note: Smoking is not allowed indoors. It can only be done on the balcony. You are required to always use an ashtray. Do not throw the buds anywhere in or around the premises. Cleaning Fine of INR 4,000/- is applicable for non-compliance.

The booking cost includes room rent, taxes and complimentary self-help breakfast on the 1st day. Please note tha a security deposit of Rs.15000/- will be collected via cash on check-in and returned on check-out.

Housekeeping services are available for 2+ nights stay and once a day between 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Additional cleaning request, incur a charge of Rs.500/- per cleaning. Linen and fresh towels are available for change every alternate day. Any fresh changes before that, have following charges New Bath Towel/Pool Towel – Rs.50/-, Hand Towel – Rs.30/-, Floor Mat – Rs.30/-, Bedsheet – Rs.100/-, Duvet Cover – Rs.100/-.

We allow pets with a cost Rs.500/- per pet per night. Please note pets are not allowed in the pool else a pet fine will be charged.

The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the property caused by them or their group members. Lost keys will be charged to the guests. Any breakage or missing items shall be chargeable as per actuals and cleared mandatorily prior to check-out.
