Villa 354, is a Three Bedrooms Villa in Siolim, North Goa. It is an ideal choice for families looking for a peaceful short or extended stays in North Goa. The villa is situated as the first one in the complex. It is not far from the popular beaches like Anjuna, Vagator, Morjim, and Mandrem. They are all within a 15-minute drive.

The villa has a lovely dining area, which is ideal for all to gather for meals and laughs. Then there is a fully-equipped kitchen. This can be used for trying out your culinary skills. Check-in: 2 PM, Check-out: 11 AM.

The airport is a 50 minutes drive from here.

You can use the common pool. This is a gorgeous pool within the society Common Pool Access timing for the Pool is from 9am to 7pm. You are required to wear proper swimwear.

Bed linens & Towels are changed every third day from the date of check in. There is a washing machine incase one needs to wash the towels. The bed linen and towels scan be changed on request in between & shall be chargeable @ 350/- per room (one bed sheet, two pillow covers, two hand towels and two towels).

Pets are allowed. Loud music is not allowed as there are neighbors around.

Kitchen is available for the guest’s convenience. All eatables / Spices / Oil required for cooking shall be borne by the guests themselves.

Gambling, Contraband, Prostitution, Weapons, Explosives, Flammable Objects, Poison, Drugs & Pungent food are strictly prohibited on the premises.

The guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the property caused by them or their group members. Any breakage or something missing shall be chargeable as per actuals. Any misconduct or nuisance or loud behavior shall not be tolerated in the villa. If this happens the management has full right to ask the guest to vacate the space. The villa management shall leave no stones unturned to reciprocate respect with the hospitality & respect.

Breakfast is provided with a self served breakfast ingredients, for short stays up to 5 days only. The kitchen is functional and you may help yourself with however you choose to use the items provided for your breakfast. The list of which can be provided will be sent to you on your booking. Smoking is strictly prohibited in /around Pool and in the rooms. Please use the villa Balconies for smoking.
