Our Villa 462, is an amazing Four Bedroom Villa. It is located in Dona Paula area. At this villa, you reach a haven of warmth and comfort. The villa has been designed with all heart & warmth. Every guest will love the ambience & comfort, which this villa provides.

Villa 462 is a under-stated jewel amidst Goa’s vibrant landscape. At the villa, you will be greeted by a pleasant blend of peace, greenery, comfort, and contentment.

The Villa 462 is well-hidden behind a residential building. On the back of the villa, is an open field, which provides guests with a cooling, serene and relaxing view from its garden. The secluded & secure location further adds to the sense of peace & tranquility.

The villa has four bedrooms with attached washrooms. Then there is a spacious living room with a powder room. The villa has a well-equipped kitchen. It also has a laundry room. Large garden space is also a part of the villa.

Villa 462 also boasts to have a private pool, which comes also with a Jacuzzi and climate control. This allows the guests to set their swimming experience with the desired temperature. What could be more relaxing & rejuvenating.

Check-in is scheduled for 1 PM, with check-out at 11 AM. We are ok & flexible with the check-in timing, subject to availability. We have dedicated caretaker who will be at your service and ready to attend to any assistance needed during your stay. Extra bed can be arranged at an additional charge. The apartment is just 40 minutes away from the airport.

The kitchen is fully equipped. It has the utensils & basic necessity items. You can prepare your own breakfast, by using the items provided for your breakfast only once during the check-in. The apartment provides bread, egg, butter, peanut butter, jam and milk as a welcome pack, in the beginning of your stay as a one time. Rest of the days, you can ask the caretaker to arrange the groceries etc., which they will fetch for you & you pay for all the bills, directly to the caretaker.

Bed linens & Towels are changed every third day. The apartment has a washing machine in case you need to wash the towels & clothes. If the guest wants the bed linen and towels to be changed out of the usual schedule, it is possible with an extra charge.

Villa 462 is Pet Friendly with a charge of Rs.500/- per pet per night. Loud music is not allowed as there are neighbors around. The apartment has a inverter backup, but note that no air conditioners work during the power cut.  

Smoking not allowed in & around the Pool and in the rooms. Please use Balconies for smoking.
