Villa 463, is an amazing villa, with an outdoor private swimming pool. It is a Four bedroom villa and offers a lovely experience. The tastefully done interiors give a very positive vibe. The green fields around can be seen from nearly all parts of the villa. You can enjoy sipping your coffee or drinks, looking into these open fields.

The Villa has a very big living room. The dining room is on the other side of this living room. The ground floor has one bedroom, one common washroom and the kitchen. There is a TV hall right just as you enter the first floor. This floor also has the master bedroom with its bathroom. There are two more bedrooms with a common washroom on the first floor. The villa has a garden and pool on its outside & this can be reached from the kitchen and the bedroom in the ground floor.

Check-in is scheduled for 1 PM, with check-out at 11 AM. We are ok & flexible with the check-in timing, subject to availability. We have dedicated caretaker who will be at your service and ready to attend to any assistance needed during your stay. Extra bed can be arranged at an additional charge.

The apartment is just 30 minutes away from the Mopa airport.

The kitchen is fully equipped. It has the utensils & basic necessity items. You can prepare your own breakfast, by using the items provided for your breakfast only once during the check-in. The apartment provides bread, egg, butter, peanut butter, jam and milk as a welcome pack, in the beginning of your stay as a one time. Rest of the days, you can ask the caretaker to arrange the groceries etc., which they will fetch for you & you pay for all the bills, directly to the caretaker. We do not provide the breakfast for stays of more than 5 days.

Bed linens & Towels are changed every third day. The villa has a washing machine in case you need to wash the towels & clothes. If the guest wants the bed linen and towels to be changed out of the usual schedule, it is possible with an extra charge.

Villa 463 is Pet Friendly with a charge of Rs.500/- per pet per night. Loud music is not allowed as there are neighbors around. The villa has an inverter backup, but note that no air conditioners work during the power cut.  

Smoking not allowed in & around the Pool and in the rooms. Please use Balconies for smoking.
