Villa 468, is located in Sangolda, North Goa. It is a very elegant Four Bedrooms villa. This Villa offers a delightful experience, tasteful décor and a vibrant & lively atmosphere. The green fields around are visible from most parts of the villa. You can enjoy your tea, coffee or drinks with natural surroundings, overlooking the longest stretch of paddy fields in North Goa.

Villa 468 has a very big hall. As you enter the villa, the Dining room is on the left hand and the living area is on the right side. There is one bedroom, one common washroom and a kitchen on the ground floor. On the first floor, we have TV hall right as you enter. There's master bedroom on the left with en-suite bathroom. There are 2 more bedrooms and a common washroom on the first floor.

The villa has a garden and a 9 x 20ft private swimming pool. The pool is located outside and is accessible via kitchen and the ground floor bedroom.

Guests can access all parts of the villa and the outdoor amenities that are garden and pool which is right outside the villa facing the fields. The villa offer hot water, in the washroom 24*7.

The Mopa airport is 30 minutes away. If mentioned prior, we can also arrange for pick up and drop off on a chargeable basis.

It is an air-conditioned Villa with linens and towels, toiletries, kitchen - utensils, basic necessity items. Tea/Coffee refills and water. The Bed linen & Towels are changed every third day from the date of check in. There is a washing machine incase one needs to wash the towels. The bed linen and towels scan also be changed on request in between & shall be chargeable @ 350/- per room (one bed sheet, two pillow covers, two hand towels and two towels)

Pets are not allowed. Loud music is Not Allowed as there are neighbors around.

The apartment is backed up by an inverter but no air conditioners work during a cut off.

Kindly note the kitchen is available for the guest’s convenience. Any eatables/Spices/Oil required for cooking shall be borne by the guests themselves.

Gambling, Contraband, Prostitution, Weapons, Explosives, Flammable Objects, Poison, Drugs & Pungent food are strictly prohibited on the premises.

The guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the property caused by them or their group members. Any breakage or something missing shall be chargeable as per actuals.

The kitchen is functional and you may help yourself with however you choose to use the items initially provided by the management for your breakfast for the first 5 days. The list of what we provide will be sent to you on your booking. If you wish need a cook, it needs to be pre-booked. The Cook charges @ Rs.2000/- per meal. The ingredients & groceries are charged on actual basis. You can also order groceries online via Swiggy App Instamart / Blinkit.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in /around Pool and in the rooms. Please use Balconies for smoking

Long stay bookings are possible, for over 28 days, an additional electricity charge of INR 7/- per unit as per consumption will be levied.
