The Villa has everything you could possibly want, including the opportunity to enjoy the views from the Private Infinity Swimming Pool, a stroll around the lovely grass, streaming your favourite movies on the projector. If you're lucky, you will see fireflies at night. The stunning Private Infinity Swimming Pool is flanked by a cosy deck and loungers on one side and a backdrop of the Pawna and Trikon lake on the other. The pool is 16x36 in size, and 4.5 ft. in depth.

Emanating a luxe yet pleasant aura, set afoot through the doors of this charming abode to a spacious living room on the first floor. With a sofa-style seating arrangement, it can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people. It offers Wi-Fi, a portable music system, a projector screen with a DTH connection, and a wired CCTV camera for security purposes. The dining area is a component of the living room on the first floor. It can accommodate up to 8 people at a time. The dining area is not equipped with AC.

There is a games room, where guests can engage in a fun gaming session in the designated game room which features foosball, table tennis, and carrom.

The villa has a kitchen but, guests do not have access to the kitchen. It is equipped with a water purifier, crockery, and cutlery. Vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost. A barbecue meal can be arranged at an extra charge. The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an applicable GST. Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. Please inform us of your meal preference in advance and allow us a minimum of 72hrs notice prior to your check-in date. Please note outside meals and ordering in food is not allowed.
