The Villa, has six bed rooms. All the rooms come with attached washrooms. The entire 6 bedroom villa, is offered, to the guests. The villa, hence, is for your exclusive & private use. The villa is very stringent on providing a clean & comfortable home stay experience for the guests. The linens are washed in-house & sanitized. Usually, two caretakers will always be available, for your promtn service at all times.

The Villa is around 800 mtrs from the Mall road and takes 8-10 minutes walk.

The villa has a small sitting area which can be used by you. There is also a lawn for your usage. 

You can plan to walk around to nearby tourist areas, like the Lal Tibba & the bhatta falls etc. or., play small games within the villa. 

The villa faces the a very prestigious School.

The cook would be arranged for you, and, you would need to pay him for his services and for the cooking raw material. The kitchen is fully equiped.
