Naini Heritage Villa is a Two Bedroom Villa in Nainital. This is a 150 yrs old British Bungalow well maintained with all modern amenities for your comfort. This is still a home & the host lives in the ground floor. The part which is given out, is the Two Bedroom set in the 1st floor. The Villa has native oak forest around it. It also has a well maintained garden. This villa is around 1.5 kms from the main town.

The villa is quite spacious & kids friendly. It’s a very peaceful holiday home. Nature lovers love it, as there are a lots of birds & nature trails around.

The Two spacious bedrooms, with two washrooms, a study, a sunroom, a dining room & a fully equipped kitchen are on the first floor, which covers an area, of around 1200 sq ft. You will see antique furniture, everywhere.

You can hike to the Tiffin Top, Lands end and the Sunset point. You can also enjoy good food & adventure activities, at the resort which is just a very short distance away from the villa.

If you are bird watcher, you are the best place, to see birds like the Himalyan Kalij Pheasant, Hill Patridge, Oriental Turtle Dove, Blue Whistling Thrush, Rufous Sibia, Eurasian Jay, White Throated Laughing Thrush & many other seasonal migratory birds.
